Harry Boparai is a Surrey and Borough Spelthorne Councillor who passionately wants to improve the lives of his community even further by being elected to represent them in the House of Commons. Spelthorne has been a safe Conservative seat for as long as anyone can remember, but in 2023 the Liberal Democrats made history as the Conservatives lost an election in Spelthorne for the first time. May 2023 

With ten councillors the Liberal Democrats form the largest grouping in a progressive alliance which is currently running the council. Residents of all parties & none are flocking to support hard working local councillor, Harry Boparai, who is currently the only candidate standing, Sitting Tory MP, Kwasi Kwarteng, who lives in far away Greenwich, & who crashed the economy in 2022 when Liz Truss foolishly gave him the keys to the exchequer, has already announced his intention not to stand for re-election.

Labour have already given up on Spelthorne as a leaked internal document has revealed.
